HSDC offers two methods to ship your order:
via UPS, you can choose
- Ground Rate
- Overnight Delivery
- 2nd Day Air
- 3 Day Select
via USPS (US Post Office)
- Priority Mail Delivery (approximately 3 to 4 business days for delivery)

Yes, you can preview your shipping costs before checking out of our shopping cart.
At anytime while you are shopping, you can preview your shipping charges by clicking on the link for MY CART in the top right corner of any page in hsdcstore.com.
At first, the shipping charge will appear as a dash ( - ). Enter your zip code and click on the CALCULATE SHIPPING button. Then select a shipping method from the drop down menu.
The cost for each shipping method will appear automatically where the dash used to be. You can go back and select any other shipping methods without having to click on the CALCULATE SHIPPING button again.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can choose from most of the shipping methods listed in our shopping cart.
UPS Ground Rate shipping to AK, HI, and PR is available. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
USPS Priority Mail will take 3 to 4 business days in most cases.
Express delivery is available through UPS 2nd Day or Overnight rates. 3 Day Select is not available for AK, HI, or PR.

Contact us immediately if you suspect an error in your shipping address.
UPS packages can often be re-routed to a corrected address if the error is caught early. USPS Priority Mail packages, on the otherhand, cannot be re-routed. In these cases, we have to wait for the package to be returned as "undeliverable."

If a package is lost in transit, HSDC will send a replacement.
Both UPS and USPS Priority Mail provide proof of delivery.
Please Note: HSDC is not responsible for packages that go missing after delivery has been documented. If you are uncertain about packages being left at your home when you are away, please consider
an alternative destination. We are happy to ship your order to you at your workplace, or to the attention of a relative, friend or apartment manager who will be able to receive the package for you. Another option would be to
rent a temporary mail box at a mail center where the staff can sign for your package.
