Troubleshooting Tips

• The headset may be used with In-the-Ear hearing aids, but there is a possibility of audio feedback depending on the fit of the hearing aids
• When used with a PockeTalker, the volume should not go above level 3. Audio feedback may occur at higher volume settings when the microphone is nearby
• Do not clean earpads with alcohol or other chemical solvents. These will damage the earpads
