Troubleshooting Tips:

• Random letters and characters appearing in the TTY text can be caused by loud environmental sounds.
• The TTY is designed for the phone earpiece to sit in the right-hand coupler and the mouthpiece in the left-hand one (as pictured above). The TTY will not function if the handset is reversed.
